Please fill out the Puberty Education Permission Form coming home Friday, April 6, 2018.  On this form you will decide if your child is going to participate in the Puberty Education Unit.  To assist you in making your decision, a preview of the Puberty Education Unit and instructional materials will be held in our school on:

Tuesday, April 17, at 8:45 am

Please come to the front office to sign in and then you will attend the preview in the 5th Grade Pod.

After the Parent Preview on April 17th, you will have until Monday, Apirl 23, to send in the Puberty Education Permission Form.  Students will not participate in the unit if they do not have this form signed by a parent/guardian.
