If there is a 2 hour delay, school will open at 11:15. All busses should come 2 hours after their usual pick up time. This will be announced on television and via county email.
If schools are closed, this will be announced on television and via county email by 7:00 a.m.
If a weather event is predicted to happen during the school day, please make sure that you are receiving emails from the county and from Gorman Crossing so that you will be notified of an early school closing. The school will NOT call parents to let them know of closings. If school closes early, all afterschool events are cancelled.
It is important to plan ahead for where your child should go in the event of an early school closing, as we want to get our staff home safely, too.
