American Education Week

Monday, November 18 – Friday, November 22

American Education Week is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate public education and honor individuals who are making a difference in ensuring that every child receives a quality education.

All families are invited into school to visit their child’s classroom during this week.

We ask that you follow the guidelines below:

• Try to visit on the day assigned to your child’s grade.
• Arrive AFTER 9:30 as the bus loop will not be available for parking. Remember, parking is limited at Gorman Crossing!
• Sign in when you come into the building and wear a nametag.
• Please do not bring younger siblings with you. As this is instructional time, teaching and learning will be going on!

Monday, November 18… 5th grade & 3rd grade

Tuesday, November 19 … RECC & 1st grade

Wednesday, November 20 …Kindergarten

Thursday, November 21…4th grade & 2nd grade

Friday, November 22- Turkey Trot

Join us on the back field for our annual run!

Turkey Trot  # 1 9:45 - 10:30 ... RECC, K, 1, and 2

Turkey Trot # 2 10:45 - 11:30 ... 3rd, 4th, and 5th

This event will be postponed in the event of inclement weather.
