**Grade 1 - 5 New Student Registration for the 2022 - 2023 school year ***

Please begin your registration process online using the guidance below and upload the required documents.  Once you have registered and uploaded your documents, a staff member will be in touch to finalize registration via Google Meet.

In order to register your child, you must have the following items:

• Your photo I.D.

• Your child's current immunization record from the pediatrician's office. (No baby books will be accepted)

• Your lease or deed

• Current utility bill

• Your child's original birth certificate.
